At MMA we offer creative and inspired design solutions to achieve our owner's goal with the highest quality. Throughout the process, our aim is to provide leadership, design excellence and critical planning services as the foundation for all projects.
We focus on our client’s needs by carefully balancing the demands of the site, budget and regulatory bodies to produce the final product. Skilled, experienced and able to administer the construction at the site, we act on the owner’s behalf negotiating bids, overseeing construction and expediting through the bureaucratic process. We have a separate expediting division to handle all aspects of zoning and code compliance.
This hands-on approach ensures immediate and direct results, anticipating any procedural slow-downs. Michael Muroff Architect has been successfully providing professional Architectural Services for new buildings, building rehabilitations, historic building preservation and restorations since 1980.
