David Muroff
Director of Expediting
Mr. Muroff provides a range of Project Management skills which include researching projects at municipal agencies including but not limited to the NYC Department of Buildings, Department of Transportation and the Landmarks Preservation Commission. He has the knowledge and communication skills to work with a team in obtaining approvals and moving projects along. He has a background in Education which has given him the versatility to accomplish goals and provide creative solutions in a constantly changing construction field. He has successfully worked as a Liaison for the Dormitory Authority State of New York to obtain a Final Certificate of Occupancy for the Bronx Hall of Justice. Most recently he has upgraded a campus wide renovation with The Queensborough Community College.
He enjoys being part of a team that can strategically help difficult projects be successful. When a roadblock arises, Mr. Muroff establishes a new path. He is a problem solver that gets his hands dirty. When he is not in the office he is typically working on his old house or having fun with his wife and kids.
