Lance Payawal is a talented designer and associate project manager. He has been with Michael Muroff since 2019. With his sunny demeanor and “can-do” attitude, he is a great asset to the firm.

Lance received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the Mapua Institute of Technology in Intramuros Manila, the Philippines. He is actively working on obtaining an Architecture License and has been qualified to take the New York State licensure exam.

Lance has diverse experience in New York City Building Code, Zoning, Architectural Design, Site Safety, and Expediting. He is a Class 2 Code & Zoning Representative, and has obtained a 30 Hr OSHA Safety & Health certification.
