Mixed Use on Second Avenue

While work on the second avenue subway line was already under way, we were retained by the owner to develop a mixed use twelve story building. We were successful in working out a subway station entry easement agreement with the TA that was significantly smaller in size as initially estimated by the TA. The project also takes advantage of an air rights transfer from an adjacent building thus maximizing the size of development given the allowable envelope.
